Microneedling with Dermaroller or Dermastamp is a procedure which is used to treat Acne Scars, Open Pores and for Facial Rejuvenation. It involves application of a local anesthetic cream over the area to be treated, which is followed by treatment of the skin using the fine needles of a Dermaroller/ Dermastamp to break the scar tissue. This causes new collagen to build beneath the top layer of the skin which flattens out the scars and gives the skin a tighter and younger appearance.  The procedure has a very short downtime of 1 to 2 days (redness & slight swelling). The service is performed once every 6 to 8 weeks for 4 to 6 sessions for visible results.

Subcision is the abbreviation of subcutaneous incisionless surgery. It is a common procedure for acne scars and is a building block over which other scar treatments such as Microneedling, Platelet Rich Plasma, Microneedling Radiofrequency or Scar Modulating Lasers can build upon. It involves application of a local anesthetic cream over the area to be treated followed by gentle sweeping movement of a needle underneath the scars to break the strands which pull the scars from beneath. The service is performed once every 4 to 8 weeks for 2 to 6 sessions along with other scar treatments for best results.

PRP, popularly known as Vampire Facelift, is a completely natural process where the platelet rich portion of the patient’s own blood is injected over the concerned area. It is used along with microneedling for Acne Scars/ Open Pores or a stand-alone treatment for Anti-Aging Purpose. It increases the collagen remodeling effect of the microneedling and reduces the associated downtime by increasing healing capacity of the skin. The service is performed once every 4 to 8 weeks for 4 to 6 sessions for appreciable results.

Chemical reconstruction of surgical scars with Trichloroacetic Acid is frequently used for treating ice-pick acne scars, otherwise inaccessible with other scar treatments. It involves the application of the TCA solution into the base of the scar which then heals from its depth. It requires strict post-procedure precautions as suggested by the doctor for best results and avoidance of side effects. It can have a downtime of 1 to 2 weeks (redness & scabbing). The service is performed once every 4 to 8 weeks for 4 to 6 sessions for appreciable results.

Botulinum toxin injection is a safe and effective treatment for addressing wrinkles especially in the upper face. It involves injections of purified proteins into the muscles which diminishes wrinkles giving the face a youthful appearance. The effect of the treatment lasts for 3 to 6 months.

Dermal Fillers are commonly used to replenish the lost volume of the face. The aged appearance of the face especially the middle and lower parts is because of depletion of volume and bone remodelling. Dermal fillers counteract this leading to rejuvenated and youthful appearance. It can specifically reduce deep smile lines and under eye hollowness. The effect of the service lasts for 12 to 18 months.

Permanent Laser Hair Reduction is a safe, long lasting and an effective way of hair reduction. It usually takes around 6 to 10 Laser sessions for significant hair reduction. Improvement is seen with every session in the form of progressive hair reduction. The results vary according to individual’s skin  and hair type. Coarse and darker hair respond to treatment better than fine and light coloured hair because of their higher melanin content which is the Laser target. The Diode laser used for this purpose in our clinic is extremely safe.  The parameters for each and every patient needs to be individualised  depending on their skin and hair type assuring safety and efficacy.
